Atlanta Best Landscaping started with a single mower and a teenager who wouldn’t quit early. What began as high school lawn work grew, year by year, into a full landscape construction company built around outdoor spaces and outdoor living experience people actually use.

Five minutes. Where the water sits, what the slope is doing, what you’d like the space to be. A rough budget range helps, even a loose one

On-Site Consultation

We walk the property with you, no charge. Slope, drainage, soil, sun, access, utilities. If something won’t work where you want it, you hear that on the visit rather than three weeks later.

Design & Plan

A layout plus a written scope listing materials, quantities and price. Nothing is ordered until you have
signed it off. Changes at this stage cost a conversation, not a change order.

Schedule the Job

Permits and the HOA submission where your neighborhood needs one, then a start date and a realistic finish window, rainy days included, because there will be rainy days.

Build & Install

Our crew on your property until it’s done. Same faces through the job, the site swept at the end of each day, and a final walk-through together so nothing is left unsaid.

Final Walk-Through

We walk the finished work with you before we call it done, show you how anything we installed operates, and put right anything that isn’t. You sign off when you’re happy, not before. After that we stay reachable for anything that comes up, and for whatever the next phase turns out to be.

How much does landscaping cost in Atlanta?

It depends more on drainage and access than on the parts you can see. Small planting and clean-up work starts around $1,000. A paver patio with a seating wall usually lands between $5,000 and $16,000. A full backyard with a kitchen and fireplace is a different tier again. You get a real number after we have walked the property, not a range off a website.
No minimum. Some weeks we are building a whole backyard, other weeks it is a fair-sized retaining wall or a driveway replacement. Both get the same site visit and the same written scope. Plenty of landscaping companies in Atlanta will not come out under ten thousand dollars. We will
Ask three things. Who is actually holding the shovel, the crew or a subcontractor you have never met? Does the quote mention drainage and base depth, or only the parts you can see? And is the scope written down with materials and quantities? A company that answers all three in writing is a different proposition from one that tells you not to worry about it.
Both, and it matters more than it sounds. When one company draws the design and another builds it, the gap between them is where budgets disappear. Ours is drawn by people who already know what it costs to build, and who have to answer for it either way.
Yes. Retaining walls above a certain height, pools and most fences need county permits in metro Atlanta, and plenty of subdivisions want architectural review before anything starts. We prepare and submit that paperwork so it is not sitting on your desk.
A patio usually takes four days to two weeks. A full backyard build runs three to eight weeks. Design and permitting add two to four weeks before ground breaks. You get a window at contract and hear from us the same day if anything moves, rainy days included.
Every build carries a one-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed does not hold up inside that year, you call us and we come back out. Plants and materials carry whatever the supplier offers.
We are based in Norcross and work within about a 40-mile radius as landscapers in Atlanta, GA and across the metro, mostly Gwinnett, North Fulton, DeKalb and East Cobb. If you are outside that, call anyway. If it is a fit we will tell you, and if it is not we will say so.
